Shipping Policy

At Ximoki, we aim to process and ship your order as smoothly as possible.

Free shipping

All orders include free shipping. You will not be charged additional shipping fees at checkout unless clearly stated otherwise during the purchase process.

Order processing time

After placing your order, we need some time to process and prepare it for shipment.

The usual processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

During periods of high demand, promotions or circumstances outside our control, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes an estimated:

5 to 12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, city, shipping carrier, customs procedures, holidays or other external factors.

Order tracking

Depending on the shipping method and destination country, you may receive a tracking number by email once your order has been processed and shipped.

In some cases, tracking information may take a few days to update. Some shipments may also have limited tracking information or no tracking available.

Shipping delays

Although we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to logistics issues, high demand, customs checks, holidays, shipping carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will review your case.

Incorrect shipping address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete or wrongly entered shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or undelivered orders

If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking first with neighbors, family members, reception, building staff or the shipping carrier.

Customs, taxes and additional charges

We currently ship to selected countries only. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently ship to that location.
